Trygve Olson
January 20, 1921 - July 7, 2015
Trygve passed away peacefully at the age of 94 years on Tuesday, July 7, 2015.
He was born on January 20, 1921 to Karl and Esther Olson and grew up in Edgewood.
Trygve was predeceased by parents Karl and Esther; step father Eric Svedahl; siblings Carl, Annette and Bernard.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Shirley; sons Dwight (Bonnie) and Donald; daughter Beverly (Dennis); grandchildren Billie-Jean (Jason), Deanna, Michael (Kimberley) and Kelsey; sister Doris; sisters-in-law Eleanor and Mern; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Trygve served in the army, worked 35 years for Department Of Highways and was later on the custodian for Christ Lutheran Church.
A SERVICE will be held at Christ Lutheran Church, 4825 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. A private interment will take place prior to the service.
Donations in memory of Trygve may be made to the Canadian Lutheran World Relief, 600 – 177 Lombard Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3B 0W5.
