Norman Schmalenberg
February 25, 1940 - July 21, 2015
Norman passed away early Tuesday morning, July 21, 2015.
He was predeceased by his father George; sister Marge; and numerous aunts and uncles.
Norman will be lovingly remembered by his wife Janice of 55 years; daughters Sandra (Dana) Klein and Karen (Waylon); two grandchildren Aaron and Derek (Erica); two great grandchildren Taylor and Brooklyn; his mother Minnie; brother Ron (Mary); nephew Jeff (Alison); niece Nancy (Jose); two great nieces Chloe and McKayla; as well as numerous extended family and friends.
Norman was born February 25, 1940 at Serath, SK. He retired from SaskPower after working for them for 37 years.
Norman loved his golfing and curling for many years. He liked watching football, hockey and spending time at the farm.
A CELEBRATION OF NORMAN’S LIFE will be held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sask Sports Inc., 1870 Lorne Street, Regina, SK S4P 2L7.
