<div itemprop="description">Lorne passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at the Pasqua Hospital surrounded by his loving family. <br><br>He was predeceased by his mother Eileen; father Robert; sister-in-law Dianne Kraftchuk; and brother-in-law Ken MacGregor. <br><br>Lorne is survived by his wife Jean; daughters Angie (Ron), Shaundell (Kelly) and Krystal (Dean); grandchildren Jordana, Alanda (Jason), Kaylee (Jordan), Tavah, Kayne, Jay, Isla, Lindsey (Madisyn), Tricia (Kevin), Miles and Evelyn; sister Daele (Ken) McMillan; brother Brett (Shereen) Cowie; numerous nieces and nephews; and close friends Lloyd and Yvonne Sitter and Gerry and Ireen Marsh. <br><br>Lorne worked with the commissionaires in by-law enforcement, and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. <br><br>A CELEBRATION OF LORNE’S LIFE will be held at the Eagles Club, 1600 Halifax Street, Regina, SK on Friday, October 21, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Interment will be held at a later date. <br><br>The family wishes to express their thanks to Dr. Macarvel for all his care and compassion. Donations in memory of Lorne may be made to Regina General Hospital Cardio Sciences, 1440 14th Avenue, Regina, SK S4P 0W5 or a charity of your choice. <br><br>The doorway opened and he stepped through, he will be missed <br>by those of us who remain on this side of the doorway.<br>As he takes his seat with his ancestors, we send love and gratitude <br>for all the lives he touched with his love and kindness.<br><br>Arrangements entrusted to Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery (306) 789-8850. <br></div>
