<div itemprop="description">After a brief battle with pneumonia, it is with sadness that the family announces Keith&rsquo;s passing. <br /><br />Keith is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Joyce Austin; his children Rick (Iuliia) Austin and Jo-Ann (Dan) Gustilo; grandchildren Jim Austin (Angela), Mark Hotz, Amy Austin (Shaun), Derek (Lexi) Gustilo and Dylan Gustilo; five great grandchildren; as well as his sisters Joyce Fisher, Norma (Otto) Frank and Eleanor Christie. <br /><br />Keith was predeceased by his father Norman; his mother Florence; and brothers Don and Ken. <br /><br />Keith was born in Bateman, SK where he lived throughout his childhood. He moved to Vermilion, AB where he met the love of his life, Joyce Hannon. They dated for a year, then married on March 17, 1953. <br /><br />Keith joined the army and served for 12 years with several postings in Manitoba, where both of his children were born, and then a three year stint in Germany. After he left the army they decided to make Regina their home where they resided until present. <br /><br />Keith kept himself busy building 3D models, puzzles and puttering around the yard. <br /><br />As per Keith&rsquo;s wishes, there will be no funeral services. <br /><br />The family would like to thank the staff of the MSU at the Pasqua Hospital for their kindness and compassion during his brief stay. <br /><br />In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Keith to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK S4P 2R3. <br /><br />Arrangements entrusted to Regina Funeral Home (306) 789-8850.</div>
