<div itemprop="description">Jack passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at the age of 90 years. <br> <br>He was predeceased by his parents Bill and Lena; and sister Florence Belfield. <br> <br>Jack will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 67 years Eunice; children Sharon, Bob (Lori Pelletier) and Lori; grandchildren Kristin, Kimberly, Carly and Jack. <br> <br>Jack was a History teacher for many years. He began teaching in 1944, and retired in 1985. Over his career, he completed two degrees through the University of Saskatchewan. After retirement he spent 8 years instructing new teachers at the University of Regina. <br> <br>He spent many years running the Key Club at Sheldon-Willliams and Thom collegiate, and was a member of Kiwanis, Kinsmen and K-40. <br> <br>Jack was a curler, an avid golfer, and a member at the Royal Regina Golf club for many years. He also enjoyed art, and in his later years turned to watercolor painting. He painted many grain elevators of different towns around Saskatchewan. This hobby turned into a business that Jack and his wife Eunice ran for 21 years. <br> <br>A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4001 East Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK on Monday, March 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. <br> <br>In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jack may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan, 301, 2550 – 12 Avenue, Regina, SK S4P 3X1. <br> <br>Arrangements entrusted to Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery (306) 789-8850.</div>
