Blanche Lavinia Segouin
November 26, 1917 - April 9, 2017
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, Blanche Lavinia Segouin of Fort Qu’Appelle, Sask., at the age of 99 years.
She is predeceased by her husband, Paul; parents, Arthur and Zenaide Harvey; five infant children; son, Donald and daughter-in-law, Beatrice; daughter, Jeannette; sisters, Edith, Yvonne and Helen; brothers, Arthur, Wilfred and Edward.
She leaves to mourn: son, Leo (Barb) Segouin; son-in-law, Leonard Horsman; brothers, Ronald (Donna) Harvey and James (Francis) Harvey; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Prayers will be held on Sunday, April 16, 7 p.m. and the funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, April 17, 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, Fort Qu’Appelle.
Interment at Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery, Regina. Honourary pallbearers are Chad Segouin and Chris Reynolds.
In lieu of flowers, tokens of remembrance may be sent to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 1738 Quebec Ave., Unit 26, Saskatoon, Sask., S7K 1V9.
